How long does it take to get permits for heritage locations?+
ASI (Archaeological Survey of India) permits typically take 4–6 weeks. State heritage locations vary. We begin permit applications the moment a location is shortlisted and keep you informed at every stage.
Can you arrange drone permits?+
Yes — we handle DGCA drone permissions, local police NOCs, and airspace clearances. India's drone rules are evolving; we stay current so your aerials are always legal.
Do you work with international studios?+
Yes — we are the India fixer for several international studios and streaming platforms. We understand co-production dynamics and have working relationships with the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
Can you source local extras and junior artists?+
Absolutely. We have a database of 5,000+ registered extras across India's major shooting locations. Costume, make-up, and art direction support can also be arranged locally.
What happens if weather disrupts the shoot?+
Our location managers monitor hyperlocal weather 72 hours ahead. We maintain approved backup locations and can pivot plans same-day. Force majeure protocols are built into every production contract.
Can you scout locations outside India?+
Yes — we have fixer partnerships in 50+ countries. For international scouts, we embed one of our Indian coordinators with the local fixer team to ensure seamless communication with your production house.
Do you provide production insurance?+
We can facilitate production insurance through specialist brokers. We strongly recommend cast and crew insurance, equipment insurance, and location liability cover for every shoot.
How do you handle large crowd sequences?+
We manage crowd direction, security cordoning, police liaison, and catering for extras. We have handled sets of 500+ extras in public locations with zero incidents.
Can you shoot inside active places of worship or royal residences?+
Select active sites and royal residences grant filming permissions at certain hours and conditions. We have established relationships with temple trusts and palace administrations across India.
What is your minimum engagement for full production support?+
Our minimum production support engagement is 3 shoot days. For location scouting only, we take single-day commissions in most regions.
